Shipping, Backorder, and Partial Shipments
Orders typically ship via within 1 -3 business days if all ordered items are in stock. As a rule, we will hold your order if an item is on back order. The order will ship complete once all items are in stock.

International & PO Box Shipments
We do not ship internationally at this stage. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Product Satisfaction & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of some of the products, Credé Oils (Pty) Ltd does not offer refunds on any products purchased from the online shopping site. Should you not be completely satisfied with the quality of the product/s, you are welcome to notify us telephonically, or by using the customer feedback information displayed on the product label.
Product Breakages
Any breakages incurred during the shipping of your purchase order from the Credé Oils (Pty) Ltd premises to the delivery address indicated will be refunded once proof of breakage has been submitted to Credé Oils within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Proof of breakage must be submitted in the form of a photograph. After the 48 hour period has lapsed, Credé Oils (Pty) Ltd no longer accepts responsibility for any breakages incurred during the shipping of your order.
