Introducing oh mega peanut butter!
We, at Credé Oils, are constantly trying to innovate and introduce new products that are in line with our health-conscious philosophy. Peanut butter has been an all-time favourite comfort food for many of us. As we became more curious about what was on offer, we noticed that all the peanut butters here in South Africa are either ‘healthy’ but bland in taste, or quite unhealthy and loaded with sugar, salt and hydrogenated fats.
We wanted to create a peanut butter that is both good for you AND delicious. What we came up with is oh mega peanut butter!
oh mega peanut butter has just 4 simple and healthy ingredients: peanuts, omega-3 flax oil, real honey and soy lecithin, and is available in smooth and crunchy.
We’ll be trading at local organic and natural food markets in the coming weeks. Come see us and be one of the first to try our peanut butter!

Organic Odourless Coconut Oil
 Our new Organic Odourless Coconut Oil has finally arrived and is now available countrywide. Made from dried coconut and extracted by ‘physical refining’ without the use of harsh chemical solvents, Credé Organic Odourless Coconut Oil is rich in medium-chain triglycerides such as lauric acid, a nutrient that supports the body’s immune system.
This oil is tasteless and odourless and contains no trans fatty acids. It is a healthier alternative to unsaturated cooking oils, when you want to retain the flavours of the other foods it’s cooked with.

Omega 3 from flax oil may prevent or slow Osteoarthritis
 An Omega-3 rich diet from fish or flax oil could "substantially and significantly" reduce the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis, according to new research published in the Osteoarthritis and Cartilage Journal.
The findings suggest that an omega-rich diet reduced the chance of developing the disease by 50% compared to a control group. There is also strong evidence to suggest that omega-3 essential fats influence the biochemistry of Osteoarthritis and may also help slow down its progression in affected individuals. Modern western diets, low in Omega 3 have been linked to an increasing number of inflammatory disorders such as Osteoarthritis.
