Use as a substitute for grain-based flours in cooking and baking. When baking, 1/3 cup of coconut flour can replace 1 cup of grain-based flour, along with extra egg and liquid such as milk. When sauteing or frying, coconut flour can replace grain-based flour in a 1:1 ratio.
