Almond Oil

Sweet Almond oil is considered a suitable substitute for Olive Oil and can be used in salads and other cold foods. Sweet Almond Oil is used in baking recipes and for high heat cooking due to its high smoke point and its neutral and fresh taste.

Almond oil is characterised by a good combination of fatty acids, with a similar Oleic acid content to that of Olive Oils. This makes almond oil fairly heat resistant and stable.

Usage Instructions
Ideal for frying, baking, salads, marinades, and sauces. Does not require refrigeration. Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 1 year of opening.
