Borage Oil, or Starflower oil, is one of the richest natural sources of Gamma linolenic acid, which the body converts to a hormone-like substance called Prostaglandin EI (PGE1). PGE1 has anti-inflammatory properties and may also act as a blood thinner and blood vessel dilator. Borage oil is reported to be effective in dealing with hormonal changes and hot flushes due to its high GLA content. GLA is also beneficial in improving general brain functioning and the condition of hair, skin, and nails.

Usage Instructions Used with other foodstuffs or on its own. Add to salads, smoothies, yoghurts, juices, or on fresh vegetables. Keep refrigerated. Use within 2 months of opening. Do not heat. Not suitable for baking or frying.
