Usage Instructions Put on breakfast cereal, mixed into smoothies, shakes or juice, yoghurts, on salads, or simply by the spoon. Keep refrigerated once opened. Swirl gently before use. Use within 2 months of opening. Do not heat. Not suitable for baking or frying.
