Organic Flax Oil is the richest natural source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids and contains dietary fibre, or lignans. Used as a daily nutritional supplement because of its high concentration of Omega-3 EFAs. Flax oil is rich in Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA), the precursor to EPA and DHA.

Richest natural source of Omega 3 EFAs

Flax oil has a far higher Omega 3 content than other sources and is a more sustainable and healthier source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids. Flax oil is cold-pressed and unrefined. 

Credé Organic flax oil is unfiltered which means the oil has a high lignan content. The oil is cold-pressed at less than 40°C and is packaged in dark glass bottles to protect the oil from exposure to light, oxygen, and heat. Flax lignans contain natural photochemicals and antioxidants found in the fibrous shell of the flax seed.

Usage Instructions
Put on breakfast cereal, mixed into smoothies, shakes or juice, yoghurts, on salads, or simply by the spoon. Keep refrigerated once opened. Swirl gently before use. Use within 2 months of opening. Do not heat. Not suitable for baking or frying.
