Hemp Seed Oil Hummus

Ingredients

2 cups chick peas, soaked and cooked or canned, drained and rinsed (retain a few teaspoons of the liquid)
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp hemp seed oil
3 Tbsp tahini (sesame paste)

Instructions

Mix well and pour over salad.
