We offer a variety of food oils, nutrition and skincare oils.

Some of our food oils are sensitive to heat, and are best used in salad dressings, smoothies, sauces or drizzled over food as flavourants. Others, such as coconut oil, are stable at high temperatures and are suitable cooking oils, especially for frying.

We offer a full range of cold-pressed nutrition oils and omega-rich products to help you maintain a healthy balanced diet.

The oils in our skincare range have similar composition as our skin’s own oils and can be quickly absorbed, nourishing your skin to prevent further moisture loss.

Everyday vegetable oils are refined and processed, which means they not only lack flavour, but also nutrients. The Credé range of food oils are both tasty and nutritious, making them the idea healthy cooking companion.

Our modern day diets often consist of too much fried, heated or processed foods. Many of us don’t consume enough raw vegetables, nuts and seeds that contain essential fatty acids.

Omega-3 and omega-6 are essential fatty acids (EFA) that the body needs to function, but is not able to synthesize from other nutrients. An EFA deficiency can cause various health problems and an imbalance of EFAs (too much omega-6 and not enough omega-3) can also lead to inflammatory ailments.

We offer a range of oils for use in massage, aromatherapy and skincare. There is a misconception that oil is bad for your skin (may cause breakouts and clog pores), but that is not always the case.

When used for massage, the oils act as an emulsifier with the skin’s natural sebum and gently unclogs the pores and lifts grime and imbedded impurities.
