With the most incredible wines on her doorstep from the winelands of South Africa, many of her dishes pair effortlessly and perfectly every time.

These little energy balls work very well for kiddies lunch boxes. They are the perfect on-the-go booster to grab on the way out when there’s no time for breakfast. And best of all they’re healthy!!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup oats

1 cup coconut flakes

½ cup oh Mega smooth peanut butter

½ cup Crede almond flour

1/3 cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ cup pitted dates, soaked in boiling water for 20 minutes and drained well.

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

METHOD

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until combined.

Roll them into balls and let them set a bit.
