These little energy balls work very well for kiddies lunch boxes. They are the perfect on-the-go booster to grab on the way out when there’s no time for breakfast. And best of all they’re healthy!!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup oats
1 cup coconut flakes
½ cup oh Mega smooth peanut butter
½ cup Crede almond flour
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup pitted dates, soaked in boiling water for 20 minutes and drained well.
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
METHOD
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until combined.
Roll them into balls and let them set a bit.
