INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup cashew nuts
• 8 dates
• 2 rice cakes
• 100g dark chocolate / sugar free chocolate • Salt
METHOD
1. Blend the cashew nuts, dates and rice cakes in a blender. 2. Add a bit of water if the mixture is not sticky enough. 3. Roll the mixture into balls (smaller then golf balls)
4. Melt the chocolate and dip the balls in chocolate.
5. Top with a sprinkle of salt
